This 1400 square foot A-frame and quarter acre property with all the amenities of a home:

★ LIVING ROOM

The living room is perfect for enjoying fun and memorable moments after an eventful day. Find your place on the comfy sofa, grab some snacks and drinks, and enjoy watching your favorite movie by the intimate fireplace.

Come to the fully equipped kitchen and use its many state-of-the-art cooking appliances, spacious countertops, and ample cabinetry to create tasty homemade meals, breakfasts, and snacks.

★BEDROOMS and BATHROOM

2 bedrooms, with 5 beds in total.

- Bedroom 1: The primary bedroom is a luxury room flooded with natural light and spectacular views. A king-size bed offers a serene retreat after a day of adventure.

-Bedroom 2: This bedroom is perfect for adults or kids. It offers a double bed and a set of single bunk beds. It is also found on the first level for ease of access.

-Additional sleeping arrangements include a full pullout sofa bed, offering flexibility for additional guests.

The cottage has 1 gorgeous full bathroom with all the details you need. It has plenty of storage and impressive water pressure, almost like showering in a waterfall. The bathroom has a shower, a single sink, and a nice vanity that allows enough storage space. One of the best parts is the mirror, which is great for makeup. Light won’t be a problem here.

HOSTS 8 adults, 2 extra for an additional fee. PETS: We allow 1 dog under 50 lbs. Just let us know.

Access:

The cabin is exclusively for your use during your stay. Relax, unwind, and make yourself at home without any interruptions.

Full access to Entire Property, Including Hot Tub, Sauna, Bunkie, Fire Pit, and Outdoor Kitchen.

(Access to the basement is restricted, and we do not allow it because it is full of mechanical equipment.) The property is brand-new, so please bear with us as we finish our landscaping.

Additional information:

It is 2 hours from Toronto, 1 hour from Barrie, and just a few minutes off Highway 400. The cottage is conveniently located less than two minutes from Foodland, LCBO, and a few really good restaurants (you should definitely try Chef's Henrie). If you want to explore further, Port Carling, Bala, and Parry Sound are all within 20 minutes.

We have two security cameras outside, as we need to ensure there is no damage due to weather and snow conditions.
